Bourns' Model 5.0SMDJ TVS diode series answers communications, industrial control and automation, and power supply market needs for increasingly higher power density circuit protection components in more compact packages. The new series supports power wattage up to 5000 watts that helps ensure DC power port and communication lines are well protected against overvoltage transients. HCS Series AEC-Q200 Qualified High Current Shunts
